The Marketing Automation Manager will help support the #1 team goal of effective marketing automation. Assist with management of technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, prospecting, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads, activity, and success. Establish, document, and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in day-to-day operations of our campaigns, lead management, and data practices. Create and manage a robust automated nurture streams for prospects, maximizing outcomes with critical handoffs to inbound/outbound sales teams. In this role you will act as the Administrator for our marketing automation tool (Pardot), and one of the Marketing Super Users for its CRM counterpart Salesforce, the critical company-wide tool that drives our sales, marketing, and service engines. The Marketing Automation Manager provides critical support for demand generation processes to identify the best prospects, and to successfully shepherd them through the pipeline efficiently and effectively. This is a remote position. This opportunity can be 100% virtual from within the United States. Marketing Automation Pardot Admin; primary user and manager of the tool Campaign setup and management (connected campaigns to SF) - Experience Builder, build and manage all forms, completion actions, overall campaign tactical support Beyond campaigns, develop key nurture campaigns for prospects with continuous improvement applied to steps - eventually customize by industry/market, stage, persona, etc. Pardot Administration Core user of advanced metrics - setup and monitoring of ABM/B2B critical dashboards (attribution and performance) Ongoing audits, system updates & new releases, automated system rules, user management, support for integrations, organize and maintain file and folder structure, asset naming conventions, and other general setup Demand Generation Enablement Assignment rules, scoring & Grading (setup, audits, testing, adjustments), mapping out handoffs, conversion points, working with inside/outside teams to improve efficiency, outcomes Marketing Analysis Performance measurement (MQL, ROI), campaign attribution modeling and reporting, channel reporting and analysis for Pardot (email, forms, landing pages) Salesforce Super User for Marketing Creating business requirements for new requests, testing/QA of new features/functions, creation and management of custom reports, views, dashboards Importing and processing new data from 3rd party sources Other Tools Asana / Jira (traffic, production processes) Data/analysis Tools:
studio, Google Analytics, etc. Integrations with 3rd party channel tools (Qualtrics, WebEx, etc.) What we're looking for:
Direct experience setting up and managing Pardot, connected to Salesforce CRM. Salesforce Certification. In lieu of Certification, equivalent years of experience plus Trailblazer rank may be considered, with commitment to become Pardot Certified within the first year. Pardot Certification (Consultant or Specialist) or any Marketing Cloud Certifications preferred, but other Certifications also acceptable. Experience working with automated/nurture campaigns from concept to execution, including ongoing tracking, A/B testing, and integrating steps with Sales. Proven background in Salesforce knowledge and experience, especially regarding reporting, dashboards, and data mining. Strong analytical skills that translate into actionable planning - experience reviewing raw data sets and finding actionable insights. Experience planning and executing marketing metrics, including campaign attribution tracking and ROI. Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau or other data visualization software, Pardot or other marketing automation software, and Google Data Studio. Adept in working in project management systems (we use Asana and Jira), knowledge of Agile processes a plus. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
